I ordered a full water pump system and tank set from this company to improve the water pressure at my home. Their work was truly excellent and professional, especially the senior technician, Mr. Lau. His workmanship was very neat and he delivered exactly what I wanted.
Secondly, I’d like to mention Ms. Tan from the admin team. Her customer service was outstanding, she handled everything quickly and efficiently without any delays.

My Groudfos water pump failed during a Saturday. As it was a weekend, I just searched on Google and called Hydropump by chance. They were very nice and even sent their technician to drop by that afternoon. After diagnosis and found that my Groundfos pump needs to be replaced as it had multiple parts of failure, their office recommended their brand Aulent. After install, it was surprisingly much more silent. Vibrations can't be detected either which was excellent. Most importantly, it does not turn on and off constantly which was the issue I had with Groundfos that ultimately caused it to burn out itself.

Kudos to the office team who handled by case from phone to Whatsapp and thanks to the technician Mr Lau with his assistant who did a prompt job on the replacement.

PS. Please get yourself a Facebook account too. It was not easy to find you on Google and only by chance. Hope you get more customers though promoting yourselves more

Hi,
I bought a water pressure pump about a week ago and installed it by a plumber. After installation I faced issues with it as the pump switching on and off itself within few seconds. My plumber has no idea about it. Thankfully, I found Hydro Pump Service thru Google and explained to them my problem. Within 24 hours, They solved all the problems efficiently at a very reasonable cost. Really appreciated their quick and professional service! I recommend Hydro pump service. Tq

My original pump is failure, so i ask hydropump team to help me solve the problem , although my pump is not install by them. But they still help me to solve the problem , and also explaining the water pressure knowledge for me. Technician John is very professional , he also help me to solve my water tape leaking problem. Initially they provide good service. But eventually when issue arise, it is a totally different story to tell. Their technician can be quite sarcastic and also very irresponsible. They are supposed to be the so called professional in tank and pump and giving their professional advise, so we as customers also expect professional advise from them before and after purchase. But that is not the case for my side. All I could say is I am very disappointed. And the whole system is not cheap so of course we do not expect this kind of service. That is not the right way to treat customers.

This company is quick to offer and do everything. Then after 6 to 8 months when we call them to come and check, there's no sign! No responsibility to follow up despite customers request after calling them.....

Before installing the Hydropump, we can only shower at selected timing due to low water pressure which resulted from high demand, unless you are fine to shower with little water 😂
And you cannot use washing machine when you are showering else almost no water coming out from the shower head. After installing Hydropump, miracle happen, all of us can shower at the same time, washing machine can use at the same time, and i can also watering my plants at the same time 😊
